1. Description   Our pigment is a kind of composite pigments that mix from various of high quality pigments and dispersion agent.It has a good
    dispersibility and excellent performance.It applys to PVC air-blowing shoes producing.We offer the exact color for your shoes designs.
     We have developed hundreds of colors for you to choose.
How to use?
Step1: 55% PVC resin and 45% DOP mix together to stir about 2 hours till it dry.
        Then turn off the heating unit and stir another 30 minutes till the mixture temperature down to 60°c.
Step 2: Add 3.6% chemical granules(including stabilizer,AC foaming agent,modifier agent and expansion agent),
       1-2% pigment and mix 5 minutes. Now it is ready to make shoes.

The product can be stored well in the original package. Please steal the package once you open it. The shelf life
is about 6 months under the maximum room temperature of 25°c. A higher storage temperature may affect the
application.
