The national high-tech research and development plan project, Muzhu's advanced processing and manufacturing technology, has achieved initial results. At present, the project has invented 12 flame-retardant biomass-based polyurethane light building insulation materials and other new products, filed 36 patents, and established 9 demonstration production lines.
At present, the project team has invented a number of products and technologies such as flame-retardant biomass-based polyurethane lightweight building insulation materials, artificial flat plate continuous pressure and precision control technology. Among them, the flame-retardant biomass-based polyurethane lightweight building insulation material breaks through the technical bottleneck of building insulation materials with low flame retardancy, and integrates wood-bamboo and polyurethane technology to produce high-fire-retardant building insulation materials.
