Jinan Weiner unveiled at 2013 Powder Metallurgy Exhibition

**Abstract** From April 26th to 28th, 2013, the China International Powder Metallurgy Industry Exhibition and Conference took place as planned at the Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center. Jinan Micro-Nano Particles Co., Ltd. was honored to participate in the event as a representative of China’s particle testing industry. The company has been actively involved in the field of powder metallurgy for many years, continuously contributing to technological advancements and industry development. Since its successful debut in 2008, the China International Powder Metallurgy Exhibition has gained widespread recognition and support from various industry associations both domestically and internationally. These include the China Machine Tool Powder Metallurgy Association, the China Iron and Steel Association’s Powder Metallurgy Division, the China Nonferrous Metals Powder Metallurgy Association, the East China Five Provinces and One City Powder Metallurgy Association, the American Powder Metallurgy Federation, and the European Powder Metallurgy Association. Their active participation has helped make this event one of the most important gatherings in the global powder metallurgy sector. At the exhibition, Jinan Micro-Nano Particles Co., Ltd. showcased two of its advanced particle size analyzers: the wet laser particle size analyzer WINNER2000 and the dry laser particle size analyzer WINNER3003. The WINNER2000 is a flagship product designed with a high-precision optical Fourier transform system, based on the MIE light scattering theory. It features an integrated wet circulation dispersion system that effectively prevents particle sedimentation in the pipeline, ensuring reliable and accurate measurement results. The WINNER3003 dry laser particle size analyzer utilizes cutting-edge detection technology to capture scattered signals across the full measurement range without signal loss. Its self-developed steady flow dispersion system enhances the stability of the sample dispersion process. Key components of the dispersion system are made from wear-resistant ceramic materials, significantly extending the instrument's lifespan while improving measurement accuracy. These innovations highlight the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable analytical solutions for the powder metallurgy industry.
