Several types of aviation oil pumps produced by the unit have sealed ring parts with graphite M106H as the data; one letter represents the type of SKF bearing. Its typical parts are shown in Figure 1. This part is the end face sealing mode; B side is Sealing surface; the precision of this surface is very high. When processing B surface; fine turning can not meet the demand; and this graphite is brittle material; it is also rich in epoxy resin; it can not be ground; In the case of data learning; we carried out a process experiment on the grinding of such graphite parts; finally obtained a more ambitious process; reached the demand of parts.
The craft road of the parts: roughing → milling two slots → finishing car → grinding B surface.
From the above process road, it can be seen that the inner ring and the shaft and the outer ring are installed together with the SKF bearing seat hole: the surface B of the grinding is to ensure the surface roughness Ra0. 1μm, the parallelism is 0. 01mm, the flatness is 0. 0006mm. Grinding processing; surface roughness and flatness are all unqualified; the measured value of flatness is as high as 4 to 7 times of the demand value; that is, 0.0024~0.0042mm.
Next, the data characteristics are analyzed. M106H is impregnated graphite; Shore hardness 60; compressive strength 117. 6MPa; bending strength 49MPa. After the process experiment; the microlayer kneading principle is selected. The specific method is: After the filtered micropowder and the fire oil are embedded in the grinding plate, the fine powder coarse particles on the outer surface of the flat plate are thrown away by the polishing paste; the fine powder particles of the outstanding flat surface are flattened and the height is common. Then, the parts are directly placed on such a plate and ground. In this way, the flat plate can perform uniform micro-layer kneading on the B-face.
The parts are in place for fine machining; the edges are partially collapsed; the grinding process is as follows:
1) Clean up the processing site; make the environment clean. The higher the importance of SKF bearings, the more stable it is to check the grinding plates and parts completely clean; this step is very important to ensure the success of the processing.
2) Rough grinding plate. Select three 300mm × 300mm non-grooved cast iron plates; the best choice is low alloy high phosphorus cast iron plate. Because the metallographic arrangement of this plate is flake graphite and fine pearlite; simpler The workpiece is obtained with higher shape accuracy and appearance roughness. Use W20 micropowder and kerosene to grind the plate. For the convenience of description; 3 plates are numbered 1, 2, 3; the score indicates the method of research; the molecular indication Flat plate; denominator indicates lower plate; research in the following order: 1/2→1/3→2/3→2/1→3/1→3/2; cycle in this order:
3) Intensive slab. Use W7 micropowder still in the above order. After grinding; use 200mm level knife edge flat rule; should be opaque or indented evenly, can also be viewed with Φ80mm optical flat crystal; should not be more than A light wave is dry and belted; and it is uniformly convex. It should be paid attention to: after coarse and fine grinding; there are many micro-powders embedded in the flat pores; the cage damage accounts for a large share of the SKF bearing failure mode. Graphite has been met; no sand pressing process is carried out.
4) Polish the plate. Spread the 4 layers of silk on a piece of the finished plate; pour the cloth with kerosene; then polish the other 2 pieces on the cloth with W7 chrome oxide polishing paste. The role of polishing is to throw away the coarse particles on the plate; and to spread the micro-powder embedded in the plate together; to improve the surface roughness of the plate; make it smaller than Ra0. 1μm. This process is the key to the process.
5) Drop 1 to 3 drops of kerosene and oil on the polished 2 plates; use cotton to coat the oil evenly on the plate; after 3 minutes, wipe the oil layer on the surface of the plate. This way; enter the stomata of the plate The kerosene and fine powder are evenly mixed; a microlayer cutting fluid for processing graphite is formed.
6) Place the parts on the flat plate for the spiral motion of the cycle; Qingdao Ruijing Electromechanical Progress and the improvement of the smoothing problem of the SKF bearing of the rolling mill are smooth and common; the micro-layer kneading cutting; finishing the grinding of the plane B. Flat plate; remove cuttings and dirt in time.
7) After the parts are finished, wipe the grinding debris with a clean silk cloth or cotton wool. Pay attention to the removal of the oil; it is found through experiments; after the oil is immersed; the surface roughness of the parts becomes worse.
