Machining circumferential aliquot countersinks in FAUNC CNC system with macro program

In the actual production work, using the macro program to process the circular halved hole in the FAUNC numerical control system, it belongs to the pediatrics for everyone, but it is necessary to take some troubles in the machining of the circumferential aliquot. In the usual processing, encounter One way to equally divide the counterbore into the circumference is to use a forming tool for drilling. One method is to use the G52 offset function of the machine to process the machine. If the counterbore is a non-standard hole, the first method will not work. However, the second method is time-consuming and troublesome, and it is prone to errors. Through the practice of these years, a macro program for processing circular unequal holes has been newly developed, which is short and practical.

As shown in the drawing, eight aliquots having a depth of 10 mm and a diameter of 17 mm were milled on a circumference having a radius of 100 mm, and the initial angle of the first hole was 15 degrees.
