Nan'an Stone Industry Cluster has more than 1,180 stone processing enterprises. The annual production capacity of stone plates is 100 million m2, and the process and profiled materials reach 6.5 million. The production capacity accounts for more than 40% of the national stone processing capacity. In 2005, the output value reached 10.8 billion yuan, accounting for 27.4% of the total industrial output value of Nan'an City, 368.83 million yuan of actual tax payment, and 22 yuan of export value. Nan'an Stone Industry Cluster involves mining, stone processing, abrasive abrasive manufacturing, testing equipment, wholesale market, export trade and contract engineering. The industrial chain is relatively complete; the variety of stone products and patterns are uniform, with granite and marble ordinary plates. Mainly, it has developed and produced high-grade decorative materials such as large-size plates, profiles, thin profiles, ultra-thin profiles, mirror plates and process materials; the proportion of high-grade stone products accounts for about 35%, and the rest is medium and low-grade products, among which stone plate production The output value ranks first in the country. Shuitou Town and Shijing Town are the bases of the stone industry cluster in Nan'an City, among which Shuitou Town is the first of the three major stone production and export bases in China. The first market of Minnan Building Materials in Shuitou Town is China's largest stone processing export, raw material distribution and logistics trade center. In 2004, Minnan Building Materials First Market was named as the only “China Stone City” by the relevant state departments.
Although the stone industry cluster in Nan'an is huge, there are still many problems in its development. First, the small and medium-sized enterprises in the industrial cluster account for the majority, and the scale of industrial organization is small, which affects the formation of economies of scale and technological progress and operational efficiency of enterprises. The increase has led to a low proportion of stone enterprises using high-tech to transform traditional industries. Coupled with the lack of high-quality talents and insufficient scientific research strength, the product research and development design ability is weak, the product technology content is not high, the product grade is low, the product homogeneity is serious, making the industry big but not strong; second, high energy consumption, resources The utilization rate is low and the environmental pollution is relatively serious. The energy consumption per unit of stone processing industry is more than 40% higher than the international advanced level. The utilization rate of stone resources is still lower than the international advanced level. The utilization rate of most mine blocks is less than 50%. Third, the production of stone processing enterprises A large amount of stone powder and gravel have been produced, which has caused serious pollution to the surrounding environment. Nan'an Stone Industry Cluster is a typical traditional industrial cluster, and its competitive advantage is based on low resource costs. In today's society, the contest between enterprises is increasingly dependent on the contest between soft power such as technology, information, talent and management. This paper believes that the stone industry cluster in Nan'an can only adapt to the trend of the times, further improve its soft power, build a cluster of economical stone industry, and break through the dual constraints of resources and environment, and occupy a place in the world's highly competitive stone industry. 1. Product structure

(1). The liner is made of polymer composites, with impact strength of 20 times that of polyvinyl chloride, 4 times that of polyethylene. Especially under low-temperature environment, the impact strength of the liner can reach to the maximum value inversely. The flexibility provides extremely safe and reliable guarantee for delivery system. Due to the high absorption value of impact energy, this kind of pipes(fittings) are especially suitable to delivery the materials with forms of flakiness and particle, reducing crushing and delivery noise. 

(2). High abrasion resistance: the abrasion resistance of pipes made of polymer material PE is more than 40 times higher than that of steel pipes and stainless steel pipes, and more than 10 times higher that that of PVC pipes and polythene pipes. They will perfect well in deliverying small-particle slurry such as coal powder, coal water mixture and tailings as well as materials such as grain and raw salt, with services life being greatly prolonged.
