The main shaft assembly of the lift consists of several essential parts, including the main shaft itself, the main shaft support, transmission elements mounted on the shaft, and the sealing mechanism. This assembly plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and stability of the lift.
The main shaft is a hollow stepped shaft designed to allow the passage of steel bars or long rods during installation or when removing the tip. It can also be operated using the hydraulic or electric clamping device of the pipe conductor. The front end of the main shaft features a M6 taper hole, which serves as a reference surface for machining processes.
The design of the main shaft component uses a two-support structure, offering advantages such as simpler manufacturing processes and lower costs compared to traditional three-support systems. This configuration ensures sufficient stiffness and precision, meeting the demanding requirements of modern industrial applications.
The front support of the main shaft is equipped with a double-row short cylindrical roller bearing. The clearance of this bearing significantly affects the rotational accuracy of the main shaft.
