Quality control of passenger car body steel structure assembly

【Abstract】Based on the structural analysis of passenger car body steel structure, the assembly process steps of passenger car body steel structure are analyzed, and the quality control items and process guarantee measures of passenger car steel structure in assembly are highlighted, and the technical steps are standardized. It provides an effective way to ensure and improve the assembly quality of passenger steel structures.

1. Body structure characteristics

The body of the passenger car is an all-metal welded structure, which is welded by four parts of the bottom frame, the side wall, the roof and the end wall. A metal floor, a side wall panel, a roof panel and an end wall panel are welded on the outside of the steel skeleton to form a closed casing with a rectangular upper portion and a rectangular portion, which is commonly referred to as a thin-walled tubular structure body, as shown in FIG.

The assembly of the passenger car body steel structure is to form the four components of the underframe, the side wall, the roof and the end wall according to the technical conditions stipulated by the drawings through the welding connection. (1) Underframe steel structure characteristics The underframe steel structure is a rectangular frame composed of various longitudinal and transverse steel beams and a metal base plate, as shown in Fig. 2.

The undercarriage supports the vehicle body, and bears the various impact forces and other external forces caused by the traction force of the locomotive and the train running. It is the foundation of the car body and the benchmark for the assembly of the car body steel structure. Since the outer frame size determines the length and width of the car body after the composition of the car body, controlling the outer dimensions of the underframe steel structure is equivalent to controlling the length and width of the entire car body steel structure, so the upper body of the passenger car steel structure The positioning and alignment of the underframe steel structure during the assembly process is particularly important.

(2) Side wall steel structure characteristics The steel structure of the side wall of the passenger car is made up of various beams, columns and side wall panels. It is a vertical vertical part that is connected with the bottom frame to form the side of the car body, as shown in Figure 3.
