Factors affecting rejection during membrane separation

When the relative molecular weight is the same, the linear molecular remnancy is small, the molecular retention of the branched chain is large, and the retention of the spherical molecule is the largest.
Factors affecting rejection during membrane separation:

1. Relative molecular weight.

2. Molecular properties:

(1) When the relative molecular weight is the same, the linear molecular remnancy is small, the molecular retention of the branched chain is large, and the retention of the spherical molecule is the largest.

(2) For the charged film, the molecular rejection with the opposite charge to the film is small, and vice versa.

(3) If the membrane has an adsorption effect on the solute, the rejection of the solute increases.

3. The influence of other polymer solutes:

When two or more polymer solutes coexist, the rejection rate of one of the solute is higher than the rejection rate when it is alone. This is mainly due to the concentration polarization phenomenon that makes the film surface concentration higher than the host concentration.

4. Operating conditions:

(1) The temperature rises, the viscosity decreases, and the rejection rate decreases.

(2) The flow velocity of the membrane surface increases, the concentration polarization phenomenon is reduced, and the rejection rate is reduced.

(3) When the PH value of the feed liquid is equal to the isoelectric point of a certain protein, since the net charge number of the protein is zero, the electrostatic repulsion between the proteins is the smallest, so that the concentration of the gel polarization layer formed on the surface of the protein is the largest. That is, the maximum resistance is transmitted. At this time, the rejection of the solute is higher than the rejection at other pH values.

In perfect binding, adhesive alone is used to attach the pages of a book together and attach the book`s cover.

If only one adhesive application is used to construct the book, it is called a [one-shot process."

When two adhesive applications are required, it is a [two-shot process."

In the latter process, the first application of adhesive binds the bases of the book together. This adhesive is sometimes referred to as [primer" glue.

The second application of adhesive is used to attach the book`s cover to the side of the book spine. This adhesive is referred to as the [cover" glue.

Light Yellow Side Glue has good flexibility and strong adhesion.it can be used to attach the book's cover to the side of the book spine.
