2. The new soldering iron tip should be tinned before formal soldering. The method is to polish the tip with fine sandpaper, then dip the pine perfume, and apply the solder to the hard object (such as wood board) repeatedly to grind all the faces of the soldering iron. If the soldering iron has been oxidized for a long time, use a small file to gently rub the surface oxide layer. After the copper is exposed, it is treated in the same way as the new soldering iron.

4. The electric iron is strictly forbidden to be tapped during use. When there is too much solder on the soldering iron, it can be wiped off with a cloth.

6. The power cord should not be placed on the soldering iron tip to prevent the thermal insulation from being damaged.

7. When using the soldering iron, if the temperature is too low, the solder will not be melted, or the solder joint will not be completely melted and will not look good or the solder will not be strong. If the temperature is too high, the soldering iron will be "burned out". In addition, the soldering time should be controlled. The soldering iron stays for too short time. The solder is not easy to be completely melted and contacted. It is easy to form “virtary soldering”, and the soldering time is too long, and it is easy to damage the components or make the copper of the printed circuit board. The foil is lifted up. Generally, a solder joint should be soldered within 1~2s. If it is not completed, it should be soldered once. The soldering iron cannot be moved during soldering. 8. After use, the power should be cut off in time, and then the soldering iron should be taken back to the toolbox after cooling.
