2. Bag filter dust collection, filtration system; mainly by the filter bag, bag cage, flower board components, air distribution system.
3 bag filter dust cleaning and unloading ash system; mainly by the gas package (including oil and water separator, pressure regulator), electromagnetic pulse valve, blow tube assembly and off-line valves, ash valve and other components.
4. Bag dust remover dust bag using φ133mm standard specifications, material using three defense needle felt.
5. The bag filter adopts outer filter type. The filter bag of the dust collector is connected with the spring plate and the flower plate to form the separation of clean air and dust gas.
6. The bag filter is controlled by the PLC to control the pulse controller to send pulse signals to the electromagnetic pulse valve during the cleaning process. The compressed air is blown through the blow tube and the filter bag is deformed to shake off dust.
7. The bag filter is equipped with an access door at the top, which is used for inspection and replacement of bags. The dimension, inspection and replacement of the dust remover can only be performed outside the machine without having to enter the interior of the dust collector.
8. The bag filter is equipped with an air inlet distribution system and a filter bag fixing frame, so that the dust-containing gas entering the dust collector can be evenly distributed to each filter bag. The use of a fixed frame of the filter bag effectively prevents the cleaning process. Collision and friction between filter bags is conducive to prolong the service life of filter bags.
9. The air inlet of the bag filter is equipped with a manual adjusting valve of the air inlet. Its closing can ensure that the single chamber of the dust collector is completely off-line and realizes the maintenance and repair of a single warehouse when the dust collector is in normal working condition.
10. The coal precipitator, the precipitator control system of the coal preparation plant adopts PLC. The entire precipitator control system adopts PLC for automatic control. The precipitator electric control cabinet adopts the double-layer sealing door structure, which is dust-proof, waterproof and anti-small animals.
