Tile press installation method

Overall Lifting Method: This construction technique involves using a lifting device to position the entire grid in place after it has been assembled on the ground. All welding and splicing operations are carried out at ground level, making it easier to ensure quality control. Since the entire grid is lifted into its final position using specialized equipment, the capacity of the lifting system and precise control of the lifting process are critical factors. This method is commonly used for various types of grids in different venues, depending on the available lifting equipment. The main challenges during construction include maintaining synchronized lifting of the grid and controlling any lateral movement while it's in the air. High Altitude Slip Method: This installation approach involves assembling individual slitter press units (or one by one) on pre-installed sliding rails. Because the grid is moved into place while in the air, this method does not interfere with internal construction activities within the building. It allows the installation of the gantry and work on the lower structure to be carried out simultaneously in three dimensions, significantly accelerating the project timeline and reducing the overall construction period. Additionally, it eliminates the need for large-scale lifting or pulling equipment. This method is especially suitable for projects involving complex spatial intersections or where three-dimensional construction coordination is required. The key focus during the process is ensuring that each slipping unit moves in perfect synchronization. Safety and Operation Notes: Individuals who are unfamiliar with the structure and function of the tile press or the operating instructions must not attempt to operate the equipment. The automatic tile press should never be operated below the minimum closing height, which is defined as the minimum distance between the bottom of the sliding box and the working surface—290 mm. After clamping, the height of the upper and lower molds must meet this requirement. Additionally, the combined thickness of the upper and lower plates plus the slab thickness must not exceed 290 mm. The design must strictly follow these specifications to prevent accidents. Always check the oil level inside the sliding box and on both sides. The equipment should be regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure smooth operation and avoid damage from dirt or water.

Downlight

Downlights do not occupy space, which can increase the soft atmosphere of the space. If you want to create a warm feeling, you can try to install multiple downlights to reduce the pressure of the space. It is generally used in hotels, families and coffee shops.
