Beijing Daxing watermelon wine advent

Panggezhuang town watermelon wine was introduced in the Olympics. Beijing Shengxiangju Agricultural Products Co., Ltd. invested 700,000 yuan in production of watermelon wine, which was developed and registered since September last year. In February 2008, it applied for a patent. The watermelon wine was made of pure watermelon juice and base wine as its main raw material. It has now passed through Beijing. Technical Supervision Bureau of Food Quality Inspection is expected to produce 300,000 kilograms per year, and 60,000 bottles have been booked during the Flower Festival. Watermelon wine is made from the well-known Chinese and foreign Panggezhuang high-quality watermelons and carefully brewed through traditional special winemaking techniques. The wine is pink, with a rich watermelon flavor and aging wine taste mellow, soft and refreshing, Yu Xiang a clear stretch, lingering after drinking.
