There are 151 topics in 5 aspects and more than 600 small topics, which basically cover the current production fields in China and the production technologies that each of us is engaged in. Work is closely related.

In the face of these small and critical technical details, if we are a careful person, we can easily find that these small and key technical problems are difficult to solve in our life safety management. The problem" is confusing and confused. Today, the state has listed these key technical issues as science and technology projects, and has issued guidelines to actually define the research direction for us to carry out technological innovation.

Finding the problem is equivalent to solving half of the problem. In order to effectively solve these difficult problems, as a business and safety production manager, the author believes that we need to achieve "three dissatisfaction" in safety technology innovation.

First, it does not meet the technical conditions and operational procedures listed in the current published safety technical regulations, and thoroughly explores the correspondence between technical regulations and practical problems, and learns or is good at discovering the defects of safety technical regulations. Incorporating the defects of the technical regulations with the actual problems into the research topic, never making a fuss about the degree of safety technology protection, and identifying the key to the problem.

Second, it does not meet the safety distances listed in the current safety technical regulations. Reducing the safety distance to infinity is the prerequisite for truly improving our safety and security. For example, the safety distance around the gas station, the national safety technical regulations clearly stipulate that no buildings are allowed within 500m around the gas station. That is to say, when we build a gas station, we can get the center of the gas station as the center, and the land within 500m radius can no longer be used. Then, to build a gas station, we have to pay 0.785 square kilometers of land. According to this calculation, the safety cost of our reference to new energy is too great. Just like the safe distance of seismic exploration explosion, the regulations stipulate a safe distance of 120m in the open air explosion and a safety distance of 60m in the well. If you can work in the plains, but in the mountains, the distance is too long, the terrain conditions in the mountains are complicated, and the operators are struggling every step of the way, not to mention the safety distance of 60m. Later, when we defined the safe well depth and the positive detonation to block the measures, we realized that the seismic explosion wellhead could not be spattered and there was no high-frequency noise wave, and the safe distance between the person and the wellhead was defined as 30m. Not only improve the level of security, but also greatly improve the safety of production.

Third, the occupational hazard and hazard values ​​listed in the regulations are not met. Occupational health hazards and levels of danger are always harmful to humans. In the safe production, we should strengthen the research work of safety production technology by means of side-by-side guidance and mutual reference, and adopt more advanced technical means to further reduce occupational hazards and hazard values.

It’s not a cold day. In terms of safety technology innovation, we only have to keep three unsatisfied ideas at all times, and strengthen the study of safety distance, safety concentration values ​​of dangerous and harmful factors and defects in procedures. Over time, we will innovate in the field of safe production. From quantitative change to qualitative change, I believe that we will not use too long time to solve a series of safety production problems faced by enterprises, and provide strong technical support for scientific development and safe development of enterprises.
