Step one: Check the water purifier accessories

Step two: Install the water purifier host
When installing the water purifier, insert one end of the unsealed RO membrane with two black “O†rings into the RO membrane tube until it feels like it is fully inserted, and then tighten the RO membrane cap. Then, the RO membrane tube inlet water PE pipe was removed and placed in a container. The water source was turned on and the power was turned on. Step 3: Connect the water inlet
After the water purifiers are installed, connect the water tees. Close the water main switch, wind the ball valve's thread inlet with a raw material band a few times, and then directly at the side hole of the inlet tees, and connect the PE pipe at the outlet of the ball valve.
Step 4: Connect the inlet, outlet, and outlet
Take a good distance to cut the PE pipe, connect the water inlet to the PE pipe and connect it to the water inlet of the water purifier. The PE pipe is connected to the inlet of the main machine, and the inlet of the machine and the box-type water purifier is located outside the machine. Connect the PE pipe to the rear activated carbon. Here is the outlet. When connecting the sewage outlets, connect the pipes here. Open once a month and once for 10 minutes.
Step five: flush debugging
After the switch is turned on, the water is drained for 20 minutes for flushing. There will be some black water rushing out. This is normal. This is a small amount of charcoal. Don't drink water before the first two days. Put water several times and the water quality will be more stable. You can drink straight away.
Water purifier installation notes:
1: The water purifier installer should ensure that the influent water quality, inlet pressure, inflow, and water temperature of the water purifier meet the requirements in the product performance data sheet. According to the quality of the influent water, a pre-filter device is added in front of the water purifier. If the clean water pressure is less than 1 kg, a booster pump should be installed in front of the water purifier. If the clean water pressure is more than 3 kg, a pressure reducing valve must be installed in front of the water purifier. When the water purifier needs to be installed in the water boiler, etc. When the front of the temperature device is installed, it should be ensured that the installation location of the water purifier is lower than that of the boiler, so as to prevent the steam in the boiler from entering the water purifier and damage the filter element of the water purifier.
2: All wading accessories such as pipes, fittings and faucets on the water purifier should meet the national hygiene standards.
3: Do not install outdoors in the north to prevent freezing of ultrafilter elements and prevent direct sunlight.
4: Do not use too much force when tightening the threaded joint during installation to prevent the thread from slipping.
