The common causes of motor bearings and solutions:

3, paint rust:

Detailed features: After being corroded, the bearing surface rust is more severe than the first surface.
Solution: A. Put the rotor, casing, drying or drying device, B, lower the motor temperature, C, choose the type of custom paint, D, improve the ambient temperature of the motor bearing placement, E, use the customary grease; Grease causes less rust; silicone oil, mineral oil is the most likely to cause, F, vacuum varnish process.
4, impurity sound:
Analysis of the cause: caused by the cleanliness of the bearing or grease; announcing an irregular anomalous sound.
Detailed features: there are occasional sounds; there are no rules when the time is big; more on high-speed motors.
Solution: A, choose good grease, B, improve the cleanliness before grease injection, C, strengthen the sealing function of the bearing, D, improve the cleanliness of the installation environment.

Detailed features: The sound frequency changes with the bearing speed; the external waviness of the part is the main cause of noise.
Solution: A. Improve the quality of the bearing raceway surface; reduce the waviness amplitude, B, reduce the bump, C, correct the clearance preload and cooperation; view the work of the free end bearing; improve the accuracy of the shaft and the housing Device approach.
6, warming up:
