THE STACKER MAKING 'LIGHTWEIGHT' OF TASKS

This lightweight stacker is designed with portability and efficiency in mind, offering both impressive lifting capabilities and unmatched maneuverability. Weighing just 60kg, it’s easy to move and store, making it perfect for professionals who need flexibility on the job site.

Equipped with removable legs and forks, this stacker can be laid flat for convenient storage or transportation in the back of your vehicle. Its compact design ensures it takes up minimal space when not in use, while still delivering top-tier performance when needed.

With a maximum lifting capacity of 181kg and a reach of 2.5 meters, this stacker provides users with the power to lift even the heaviest loads with ease. Whether you're handling a large box or a small pallet, this machine has got you covered.

When operating any stacker, safety should always be your top priority. Here are some key guidelines to keep in mind:

  • Avoid walking or working under a lifted load at all costs.
  • Engage the relevant brakes before lifting or lowering to ensure stability.
  • Be cautious of the surface you're working on to prevent accidents.

Operating this stacker is straightforward and doesn't require any assembly—it arrives ready-to-use right out of the box. Let's walk through the process step-by-step:

First, approach the item you wish to lift—say, a small pallet—and guide the stacker's legs through its openings. Next, apply the rear brake to stabilize the stacker and eliminate any risk of movement during the lift.

Grab the winch handle located at the rear of the unit and turn it counterclockwise to activate the lifting mechanism. As you continue turning, the forks will rise, lifting your load off the ground. A crucial tip here: don’t fully raise your load until you’ve positioned the stacker where you want it. For instance, lift the pallet about 200mm off the ground, then release the brake and move the stacker to your desired spot. Once there, reapply the brake, finish the lift, and proceed to unload.

Remember, it's essential to only fully lift your load after reaching the final destination to minimize risks. After unloading, reverse the process by turning the winch handle clockwise to lower the forks back to their starting position. Once done, release the brake and you're set to go again.

While operating, always stay behind the stacker and never work beneath a raised load. Your safety is paramount!
